We can expect the release of FIFA 18 in September 2017. We think that it will be out on the third or last weekend. EA will give more details, improvements and a brand new trailer at the E3 2017. Electronic Arts will be on stage on June 10 12pm PT/3pm ET/8pm GMT. There will be a livestream available. Until that moment all we can do is speculate and hope that FIFA 18 will bring lots of improvements, a new season in the Journey of Alex Hunter and hopefully a large FIFA 18 career update.

Most experts agree: FIFA 18 will make or break the Nintendo Switch. If Nintendo and EA have devoted a lot time and resources to the game, and if it can compare to the PS4 and Xbox One… The Nintendo Switch can become huge. Fans hope that they can play FIFA 18 on high quality wherever they go. They don’t want to stay inside anymore to play a video game.
Our hopes and expectations
A short list of our hopes for FIFA 18 career, Ultimate Team and the game overall:
- Fix the commentary. Please don’t let them repeating the same old comments over and over again
- Fix homesick players in Career that do not move to their country of origin after you have to let them go from your team
- Give more options during The Journey
- Bring chemistry to the career mode
- Remove the Price Ranges. You can say that they are fair, but we think otherwise
- When an online game is not playable due to lag or other issues, players can mutual agree to quit the game.
- Skip goal celebrations online
- Another story mode
- More FIFA 18 career options
